1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and mycity44 ("Company", "we", "platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the mycity44 website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the mycity44 platform immediately. Continued use after the terms have been updated will be considered acceptance of those new terms.

3 Account Management and Security

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

• DuitNow — direct transfer using a mobile number or account number.
• Online Banking (FPX) — includes major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank as examples of banks that support FPX.

The minimum deposit per method is RM10. No processing fees are charged by mycity44 on deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges based on their policies.

All deposits must be made using a method registered in the same name as the player's mycity44 account. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by mycity44 are subject to the wagering requirements specified. The mycity44 welcome bonus offers 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500.

The welcome bonus calculation is as follows:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,100 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

Bonus funds received must be wagered 10 times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The period to fulfil this wagering requirement is subject to the timeframe stated in the respective bonus offer.

6 Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawals from a mycity44 account can be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• All wagering requirements for associated bonuses must be fully met before a withdrawal is approved.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for the first withdrawal or for amounts that exceed a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours once the request has been approved.
